Returns & Refund Policy for Bracelets
No returns or refunds accepted for crystal bracelets as they are customised as per the clients concerns. Customised bracelets are made as per clients concern. All the crsytal beads used are AA quality & we do not compromise with the quality. Payments for Customised Bracelets are paid in advance & in full.
Please mention if any heart aliment. If any metal inserts in body, blood pressure, pregnancy, diabetes or any other serious conditions.
Charms used in bracelets are adding our personal touch & style. However, if you wish not to be included, plz inform the crystal connoisseur. Last moment cancelation of charm post ready bracelet, no refund issued. Charms are not real. No guarantee or warranty on discolouration. Incase, if any allergy, please inform in advance.
Any changes in crystal bracelet will be at an additional cost & as per actuals.

Terms for Healing
One time consultation fee of ₹500/- (complusory) charged to the client / patient before commencing healing.
We are not responsible for any life threatening situations faced by the client / patient under any circumstances during the process of healing. The client / patient under no pressure is forced to take healings by us. Only upon clients / patients approval, healing is commenced.
No refunds issued for the number of healings commenced incase of no follow ups / no show / life threathing situations.
